 Your satisfaction with the artwork that we represent is of the utmost importance to us. We make every effort to select and sell art that is handcrafted and built by highly skilled artists. If there is a problem with your order or If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a replacement and to claim it with a carrier. Also, please be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags. All artwork shipped is fully insured and we take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely.
If you wish to return your order, EFFUSION GALLERY only accepts store credit or exchanges within10 days from delivery date. Items must be in perfect condition with all of original packaging and/or parts (not scratched or damaged) and must include any instructions, artist bio/statements, hardware, accessories, and a Gallery receipt. Any item damaged will not be returned/exchanged. Returns must be pre-authorized by the Gallery and are subject to re-stocking fees
